Code of Practice

As a member of CFAR I adhere to its professional Code of Ethics, which can be found here. The purpose of such a code is to protect clients from professional malpractice and/or negligence. It does not presume to specify the theoretical status of ethics within psychoanalysis.

I am also bound by the Code of Professional Conduct of the College of Psychoanalysts - UK, which can be found here, and commit to uphold all sections of the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Confidentiality & Data protection

Psychoanalysis relies on trust. The contents of discussions held during therapy are not written down or otherwise recorded in any way. I do not keep notes from sessions, and any discussion of my work is strictly confidential, shared only within the context of supervision and clinical development.

I collect data solely for appointment scheduling, invoicing, and tax purposes.
